REFUNDS
TDS furniture, rugs, fragrance and sale items are FINAL SALE. We accept returns for in-store credit only. You must request a return authorization within 48 hours of delivery upon receipt. Please contact customerservice@theory-designstudio.com for your return authorization number.
All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns sent back to us that are received damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received.
DAMAGES
If an item you receive is damaged, we ask that you share a photo of the damage with us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact customerservice@theory-designstudio.com for any additional questions.
