Emily set out to create a forward thinking and influential interior design firm when founding TDS. With over 15 years of design experience, her devotion to design can be seen in her award-winning projects. To Emily, design is a form of creative communication to evoke emotion and energy within.
Keri’s role with TDS for over 6 years incorporates her savvy skills when it comes to retail and her keen attention to detail when overseeing day-to-day business operations. Keri, originally from Iowa, moved to Charlotte upon graduating from Winthrop University with a degree in Business Administration to pursue her passion in retail.
Sarah, a native of Gainesville, FL., now lives in Charlotte after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design degree from Queens University. As a designer, Sarah strives to construct creative environments that balance form and function. Creative collaboration with clients drives Sarah’s passion for design.
Kenzie is a native Charlottean who chose to return to the Queen City after completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Appalachian State University. When it comes to design, Kenzie is creative and detail oriented. With every project she strives to breathe new life into a space with fresh and functional design ideas.
Tracey’s role with TDS for 5+ years incorporates her passion for retail and home decor. She is known for creating an unforgettable customer experience when it comes to our retail store. Customer satisfaction is her number one priority.
Devon, born and raised in Southern California, moved to Charlotte in 2016 to attend Queen’s University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture and Design. As a junior designer, Devon uses her background in architecture and retail, as well as her California roots to inspire her career in design.
Maddie, raised in Indian Trail, NC received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Appalachian State University. As a marketing manager, Maddie incorporates her creative background and strong planning skills to build an innovative marketing strategy for the Theory brand.
